Meetlint ("we", "us") provides meeting cost analytics. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account information from your sign-in provider (name, email).
• Calendar metadata from Google Calendar: event titles, start and end times, and attendee lists. We do not store calendar event descriptions or attachments.
• Employee names and hourly rates synced from QuickBooks Online for cost calculations.
• Usage and diagnostic data to improve reliability and security.

How we use data

We use your data solely to provide meeting cost analytics, billing, customer support, and product improvements. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We use subprocessors for authentication, hosting, payments, and analytics. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary to operate the service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Disconnecting integrations stops new data from being synced.
